The basic terms that govern the work Remedy Plumbing performs and the use of this website.
By using this website or hiring Remedy Plumbing & Heating LLC ("Remedy," "we," "us") for plumbing services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or contract us for work.
Remedy is a licensed Wisconsin plumbing company (Master Plumber License #943998). We perform plumbing work within our defined service area and within the scope agreed to at the time of quoting. Specific services and limitations are described on our Services page.
We work Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm Central Time. We do not offer after-hours or weekend emergency service. We make this clear up front so customers can plan accordingly.
Quotes are based on the information you provide (photos, descriptions, model numbers). If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described, we may need to revise the quote — we'll always discuss this with you before doing additional work.
For services we price flat-rate, the price quoted is what you pay assuming the job matches the described scope. Additional work or materials needed beyond the original scope will be discussed and authorized by you before being performed.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms have been agreed in writing (typical for commercial accounts and property management contracts). We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
We provide a one-year labor warranty on installations and repairs we perform. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship. It does not cover:
Materials and equipment we install carry their respective manufacturer warranties, which we facilitate but do not extend ourselves.

Where local code requires permits and inspections for the work being performed, Remedy pulls the appropriate permits and coordinates inspections. Permit fees are passed through to the customer at cost or included in the project quote, as discussed up front.
Remedy's liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost income, property value impacts, or damage caused by water released from sources we did not work on.
Plumbing systems are inherently complex and connected. We make every reasonable effort to identify potential issues, but we cannot guarantee that an unrelated portion of your plumbing system will not develop a separate issue during or after our work.
