Building & Remodeling

Plumbing for new builds, additions, and remodels.

Full rough-ins for new homes, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and commercial buildouts. We work with general contractors and direct with homeowners. Master Plumber on every job.

What we handle for builders and homeowners.

We work both sides of new construction and remodeling — directly with homeowners doing a kitchen or bath remodel, and with general contractors building new homes from the ground up. Either way, you get a Master Plumber on the job and a crew that takes the work seriously.

Project types we cover

  • New residential construction — full plumbing rough-in through final fixture install
  • Home additions — extending existing systems into new square footage
  • Kitchen remodels — sink and dishwasher relocation, water lines for refrigerators, gas line for ranges
  • Bathroom remodels — full gut jobs, fixture relocation, tub/shower swaps, dual-vanity installs
  • Basement finishes — adding a bathroom, wet bar, or laundry hookup
  • Commercial buildouts — restaurants, salons, offices, retail spaces. More →
  • Tenant improvements — when a commercial space changes hands and the new use needs different plumbing
For Homeowners Planning A Remodel

Bring us in early — before the cabinets are picked.

The most expensive mistakes in kitchen and bath remodels happen when plumbing isn't considered until the design is locked in. We can save you thousands by reviewing your plans before the final cabinet order goes through, the tile gets delivered, or the demo starts. A 30-minute walkthrough during planning beats a $4,000 change order during construction.

Working with builders.

We work with general contractors on new home builds across the region. We bid fair, hit schedule, and keep our paperwork clean. Most of our builder relationships started with one project that went well and turned into ongoing work.

If you're a GC and you're tired of subs who don't show up on time or leave the site a mess, give us a call.

Planning & Bidding

Honest bids, no surprise change orders.

We bid what we'll actually deliver. That means we ask the questions up front — what fixtures, what code upgrades, what's behind the walls — instead of underbidding and hitting you with change orders mid-project.

Rough-In

Clean rough-in, code compliant.

Whether it's a new home or a remodel, we run supply and drain lines to code, leave clean access for inspection, and document our work for the next trades coming through.

Finish Work

Final install done right.

Fixtures installed level. Connections tight. Test runs done before we call it complete. We walk the finished work with you and don't leave until you're happy.

Common Questions

Project questions, answered straight.

Yes — for the plumbing portion of your project, we pull the required permits and coordinate with the inspector. For full new construction, your GC typically handles the master permit and we coordinate with them.

As early as possible. Ideally during design — before cabinets are ordered, before tile is selected, before walls are open. A planning consultation costs nothing compared to a change order during construction.

Yes. We work with general contractors on a lot of projects. If you have a GC, give them our number and we'll get on their bid list.

Depends on the size of the home, fixture count, and complexity. A typical 2,000-square-foot new build takes us a few days for rough-in. We coordinate the schedule with your framer and the rest of the trades.

Yes — we install whatever fixtures you choose, from contractor-grade to spa-level. If you're considering high-end or specialty fixtures, send us the spec sheet ahead of time so we can plan the rough-in correctly.

Usually yes, but it depends on where your main drain is and whether we can tie new fixtures into existing drainage. We'll do a walkthrough to confirm what's realistic before quoting anything.
