Leaks, fixtures, sump pumps, water heaters, remodel work — all the day-to-day plumbing that keeps a home running. Honest pricing, clean job sites, and a Master Plumber who actually picks up the phone.
Most of what we do is exactly what you'd expect from a neighborhood plumbing company — fix what's broken, replace what's worn out, and install what's new. We bring two decades of trade experience to every job, and we work the way we'd want our own house worked on: we clean up after ourselves, problem explained clearly, price quoted before the work starts.
9 times out of 10, low pressure traces back to a single fixture — a clogged aerator, a partially closed shutoff valve, or a worn-out cartridge. Before you spend money on a "whole-house pressure" diagnosis, try replacing the aerator on the faucet that's slow. Five-dollar fix, two minutes. If it's still slow, then we should take a look.
Three things make plumbing in eastern Wisconsin different from anywhere else: hard water that eats fixtures and water heaters, freezing temperatures that burst pipes every spring, and a lot of homes that are 80, 100, even 140 years old with original cast iron still in service. We've worked on all of it.
That means we know the local quirks: which neighborhoods have the worst water hardness, which homes were built with galvanized lines that need attention, and how to insulate a basement sill so you don't wake up to water blasting across your floor in February. More on pipe and leak repair →
These are the issues that drive most homeowner calls. If yours isn't on the list, it's almost certainly still something we can help with.
Usually a worn cartridge or seal. Quick fix when caught early — a wallet-drainer if you ignore it and it ruins the cabinet below.
A flapper or fill valve issue most of the time. Wastes hundreds of gallons a month. Fast and cheap to fix.
We handle most clogs by hand. For complex sewer line work involving cameras, we'll refer you to someone equipped for that.
Usually a single fixture, not the whole house. We diagnose first, replace second — saves you money.
Common after Wisconsin cold snaps. Sill insulation is the #1 prevention. We can also help with the repair after.
Could be an element, a thermostat, or end-of-life. We tell you straight whether to repair or replace. More →
Before we touch a tool, we figure out what's actually going on. Sometimes the call says "leaking sink" and it turns out to be a slow-dripping shutoff valve behind the wall. We tell you what we found, what fixing it actually costs, and what your options are.
Flat-rate pricing on most common jobs means you know the number before we start.
We treat your floors and fixtures with care while we work, and we clean up thoroughly before we go. When we leave, the only sign we were there should be that the problem is gone. No drywall dust on the carpet, no fingerprints on the wall, no parts left in your kitchen sink.
Everything we install and every repair we make is backed by a 1-year labor warranty. If something we touched fails inside that window, we come back and fix it — no charge, no argument.
And we always check the manufacturer warranty on parts before quoting a replacement. We've saved customers hundreds by doing this.
Honest answer: no, we don't offer after-hours emergency service. We work Mon–Fri 7am–5pm and that's when we return calls. If you call us first thing Monday morning with a weekend emergency, we'll do our best to get to you fast — but if you have actively flowing water at 2am on a Saturday, you're better off calling someone who runs that kind of service. We chose this schedule so our team can be home with their families.
Most service calls are scheduled within a few business days. Water heater replacements and active leaks jump to the front of the line — usually within 24 hours.
Most common jobs — water heater swaps, sump pump replacements, toilet installs, garbage disposals — are flat rate. Complex diagnostic work, repipes, and remodel jobs are quoted per project after we've seen what's involved. Either way, you know the price before we start.
We don't. Mobile-home plumbing has its own set of issues we're not set up for. We'll be upfront when you call so you can find someone equipped for that work.
We can clear most drains by hand or with a small snake. For deeper work — collapsed sewers, camera inspections, root intrusion that needs hydro-jetting — we're not equipped for that and we'll send you to someone who is. We'd rather refer you than do a half job.
Yes. If it's a cartridge swap and you're comfortable with basic tools, we'll tell you. If it's a shower valve where one wrong move shuts off water to your whole house on a Saturday, we'll tell you that too. More homeowner tips on our FAQ page →
